Our venue is fully licensed and as such, BYO is not allowed (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)

BYO catering is available in both spaces and we are happy to recommend caterers

Hirers need to supply all crockery, cutlery and utensils in both spaces, as well as tea and coffee

Hire times must include set-up and pack-down; times differ for each space, so please discuss this with the Functions Manager

The Carrum Bowling Club is not able to accommodate birthday parties for 16 to 24 year olds; we apologise for the inconvenience

Capacity in the Hall is 80 people

Dimensions: 16m x 7.12m

There are 12 trestle tables measuring 91cm x 183cm, along with 80 chairs

There are six round bar tables measuring 60cm diameter; they are one metre tall

There are 23 hooks in total along both walls; the hooks are for hanging signage, bunting, lighting. The hooks are 2.6m high on the wall side and 2.7m high on the balcony side

The Hall has a small kitchenette with two domestic-sized wall ovens, a pie warmer, a microwave and hot water urn

A domestic-sized refrigerator is available

The audio system can connect via Bluetooth or USB and has a wireless microphone

A large screen is also available to use and connects via an HDMI cable

Capacity in the Club Room is 50 people

Dimensions: 12.34 x 6.65m

There is only a small pie warmer available for use; there are no kitchen facilities
